User Roles
Senders
- Provide accurate package details including weight, size, and contents.
- Ensure the package is safe and legal.
- Pack items securely.
Travelers
- Carry packages responsibly during your journey.
- Deliver within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain communication with the sender.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not send or carry:
RideApack reserves the right to reject or remove prohibited items.
Matching & Booking
RideApack uses available route, timing, vehicle, capacity, and shipment information to identify compatible matches.
Matching does not guarantee acceptance or successful delivery.
A booking becomes confirmed only after the applicable user accepts the request.
Payments
Payments are processed through the applicable payment methods supported by RideApack.
Users must provide accurate payment information and complete applicable charges.
Refunds and payment-related matters are subject to the applicable booking and payment policies.
Communications
Users may receive communications related to bookings, account activity, platform updates, and service notifications.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and keep it updated when necessary.
Delivery Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for handling packages safely and transporting them according to the agreed delivery arrangements.
RideApack is not liable for:
- • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside its control.
- • Loss or damage due to improper packaging.
- • Disputes between users.
Trust & Safety
Users may be required to complete applicable verification processes.
RideApack may take appropriate action where safety, fraud, misuse, or policy violations are identified.
Limitation of Liability
RideApack acts as a platform connecting users.
We are not responsible for:
- Actions of users
- Package contents
- Delivery outcomes
- Disputes between users
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
Reasons may include misuse, fraud, safety concerns, or repeated violations.
Privacy
Your data is handled according to the RideApack Privacy Policy.
